Homefinder Story

Homefinder Inc birth in May of 2003 was an exciting time. Homefinder Inc was born to work and develop within some amazing Real Estate Companies, both national and local. Although incorporated since 2003, Steve Boylan President of Homefinder Inc worked in several markets with 3 well known Real Estate agencies gaining knowledge, systems, and experience in order to create the most capable companies in the Indianapolis Area. The long anticipated Opening of Homefinder Inc began in November 2006 preparing for 2007 and beyond. The company presently has 7 Real Estate Professionals and is growing. The concept is that Homefinder Inc can truly bring an ¿All Win¿ situation to Buyers, Sellers and Real Estate Professionals through energy, professionalism and experience.

Steve Boylan

Steve Boylan, President of Homefinder Inc is an Indianapolis Westside Family man with 2 children (Stephanie 14 and Andrew 10) married to Jennifer for over 17 years.

Steve is a member of Chapel Rock Christian Church in which he volunteers Sunday evenings to work with youth and is part of the security team. Steve is also a member of the BD DADS organization.

Steve has used his understanding of interest rates and government programs to help his clients find homes all over the Indianapolis metropolitan area. HUD foreclosurs have provided many of his clients' opportunities. "Indiana has the number one foreclosure rate in the country, and someone is going to take advantage of the equity in these homes. Why not my buyers?" Steve states, "I personally feel an obligation. A home without sombody in it will break down. Houses need families; they need children playing" .

To make suere that Steve's clients don't suffer the same fate as their homes' previous owners, they get a thorough education in what to expect and what they will have to do.

To better serve his clients, Steve puts a high premium on education. he obtained his brokers license in September 2003 and then went through the rigors of appraisal class just to gain knowledge. He regularly teaches many of his office classes on "True value of home ownership, Mortgage 101, Settlement statements, puchase agreement forms, negotiation, HUD 101 & 201, Mapping, Goal setting, and getting your home ready to sell."

As a multi-million dollar producer for the company and leader, Steve knows the the secret to success in the Real Estate industry isn't so secret at all. It is simply "hard work and determination.". He believes in the lead by example principal and always strives for a basic theory of "DO THE NEXT RIGHT THING".  The model of the company is to create an all win situation for real estate transactions.
